From Paris with Love

For almost fifteen years I've wanted to go to France. I was almost that fluent French speaking chick in high school and even took a more advanced French class in college. I even have a tattoo in French on my body people. So to say anything French related has my heart immediately is an understatement.
Cue Dan and Natalie. I would just really like to know where all of these beaucoup romantic mean are coming from; one of which being the man of the hour. Dan made (almost) every woman's dream come true when he asked Natalie to marry him in France. But it didn't stop there. He hired a photographer (some how found an American one too) that captured every moment of the heart-fluttering interaction. Can we all just do a collective, "*sigh* awww!!" in happy-for-them envy?!
Anyway, fast forward to Natalie contacting me earlier this year about their nuptials in October. I was thanking my lucky stars and the big-man above that their best day ever was planned for the one of the only Fridays I had left! We chatted about their details for a bit, then some how it came up that we had a mutual friend. And not just a friend, but one of my weightlifting coaches happens to be one of their best friends, like in their wedding type of best friends! They had no idea of the connection prior to inquiring with me, which makes it all the more special. Also, Dan's twin brother worked closely with my mom at Club Fitness, and the memories of stories passed flooded in to view. It truly is a small, small world after all!
Last week I finally got the long awaited pleasure of meeting Dan and Natalie while they were in town from Chicago making some big wedding decisions. You know, the most important ones: cake flavors and reception dinner! Natalie also had her hair and makeup trial the day of our session which is definitely a wedding Pro Tip! Even more so for women like me who have zero idea on what to do for makeup and hair. Like, none.
Natalie and Dan are SO freaking adorable. Most of these images weren't even from the prompts I gave them, they're the in-betweens. Which you all know, I LOVE. Usually 100+ degree temperatures would deter one from even thinking about being in close proximity to one another, but not these two. They are just so in love and cute and gorgeous. I can't take it! So without further ado, here are a few of my favorites!
To the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Hagen, thank you so much for braving the heat for an early evening photo-shoot with me! I truly hope you love these as much as I do!
