I Like Me Better When I'm With You

When I first met with Jennifer and David, I immediately noticed how comforting they are to be around. They make you feel at ease, like you're already friends. Typically in wedding consultations, I have to be extra cognizant of the groom-to-be as they don't usually have much to say. That however was not the case with David. He was a very involved groom, this included David ordering a custom made, Brooks Bother's three piece suit for the big day! While David took care of the big stuff (venues, etc), Jennifer was able to focus on the intricate details such as the stunning flowers, hundreds of Italian cookies (super cool tradition by the way!), invitations and everything in between.

Another thing that is noticeable from the get-go with these two is how silly they are with each other. When they're together, it's like no one else in the world matters. Not in a pompous way, but in a head-over-heels-I-want-to-be-with-my-best-friend-forever kind of way. I actually had to ask for them to tone down the silliness for just a few shots, which they had no problem with either. You can tell in their images that their feelings for each other are real, solid; the kind that will last a lifetime. And if you get the pleasure of hanging out with them for even five minutes, you'll see it too.

Jennifer and David, I can't thank you enough for allowing me the honor of capturing your super fun St. Patrick's Day best day ever! You two fought the wind and cold with great spirits for some truly amazing memories, not to mention getting married in the same place Jennifer's parents (who are STILL married) had their nuptials! Your recpetion was simply amazing; I'm not sure I've ever seen a bride have more fun than you Jennifer!
