Puppy Love

The first time I spoke with Allyson, we chatted on the phone for over an hour (it was supposed to be a short consult, oops!). She had so much in mind for her big day already, but she was open to listening to any suggestions I had; it's SO hard to find that nowadays, especially with brides who have a clear vision for what they want (which is totally their prerogative!).

When we began discussing locations for their engagement session, we went over the usual Faust Park, Forest Park, etc. Then she suggested Fort Bellefontaine. There's a stigma about Florissant that some people can't seem to shake off, so I was really happy hear Allyson and Josh wanted to take advantage of the beauty our area has to offer; not to mention they brought their adorable pup with them, who was the best model any photographer could ask for! And boy, did all that pay off! The day started out overcast but God showed up RIGHT at golden hour with stunning rays of sunshine and a breath taking sunset. Luckily for me, Allyson has the same mild obsession with sun flares that I do!
